Don’t worry! This is a common problem with wooden wick candles and can easily be resolved. The main reason a wick won’t stay lit is because the candle was not burnt correctly on the first burn. Use an hair dryer to melt the top of the candle until smooth. If your candle extinguishes the first time you light it, simply try relighting it until it catches, this may take a few tries. Absolutely! Our room sprays are alcohol free and therefore, safe for your skin! With our 9 captivating fragrances, we understand why you want to spray them on yourself! P.S. We recommend using it on your curtains and cushions to trap the scent for as long as possible!

Absolutely! Our jars are made out of glass, therefore 100% recyclable. They can also be reused as a plant pot, container of any kind, makeup brush storage, and more! To recycle them, simply wash the soy wax in hot water with a tiny bit of soap!

For orders from Quebec and Ontario, we offer a flat shipping rate of $12 and free shipping on purchases of $79 or more.

For the rest of Canada and the United States, shipping costs vary and will be displayed at checkout.

We primarily ship our packages with Purolator, along with other carriers as needed. You should receive your order within 7 days of placing it. For orders to the United States and remote areas of Canada, the delivery time may be longer.

No problem. Just select "In-store pickup" when placing your order. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup! You can also visit us directly at the workshop to make your purchases.
