Retailer Spotlight: Le 507

Feb 23, 2023

by Roxane Gagnon et Marie-Michelle Dupuis

If you have subscribed to our newsletter, you have recently received an email announcing that Le 507 is back. If you have been a Flambette fan for a while, you probably know that we are part of a solidarity cooperative in our beautiful city, Trois-Rivières, called le 507.

What is le 507?

The 507 boutique is a space that highlights the talents of local artists and artisans. You will find quality products made by their members in an aesthetic and friendly  space in Trois-Rivières. One of the strengths of Le 507 is undoubtedly the quality of the products offered. The creators are all selected in order to enhance what the store has to offer. Just like the selection of members, the products selection is made with a concern for aesthetics, design and quality of raw materials.

Who are the different makers?

In addition to Flambette, here are the craftsmen with whom we share (to our delight) the 507 shop:

Les produits du Renard

Adèle transforms the oils and butters that nature offers into the softest and as pure as possible body products. All of her recipes are designed with hydration and softness in mind, and each ingredient serves its purpose. Our favorite? Their absolutely adorable animal shaped soaps.

Audrey Charron

Multidisciplinary visual artist, Audrey works mainly in screen printing, but loves to mix different techniques. She is mainly inspired by nature, all that encompasses fauna, flora and space, but also by the magic found in the little things in life. We also collaborated together to create four seasonal candles in limited editions, available at the store!

Jaz Kaur

All you need is a little chat about color palettes with Jaz to see her eyes light up immediately. Graphic designer, photographer and colorful illustrator, she loves to mix these different mediums in order to push the limits of her creativity, while keeping space and composition in mind. We are a big fan of her illustrations, they brighten up any space, just like my home office!

Rosette

Passionate about gardening and working with the earth and nature, Geneviève founded Rosette in 2017 because being surrounded by green plants has always brought her happiness and serenity. In addition to taking care of them, she shapes ceramic pots and makes macrame hangers for her plants. Ask her questions, plants have no more secrets for her!

Ombelle

Annabelle loves to work with local products to create unique pieces with what nature has to offer. She works with people to bring a bit of nature where it is lacking. Through Ombelle, Annabelle invites us to bring the  beauty of the wilderness into our homes, and to be inspired by it every day. Our beautiful botanical bath milk collab is still available in store, but not for long!

Passion Lavande

Catherine created Passion Lavande in 2011. From growing their products to making them, everything is done with the greatest respect for the environment. The family business, located in St-Sévère in the heart of Mauricie, they grow flowers in their fields for nutritional and cosmetic use. Each product has been developed, with care, for the happiness of their customers.

Aletto

Annie is a colorful designer, driven by the desire to spread happiness around her. She truly exists, she is funny and joyful, passionate and intense. She creates abstract watercolor paintings in bright hues and unusual shapes to hang everywhere to feel good and be amazed by them every day! She has recently collaborated with Ibiza Bijoux on a very special collection where Annie's works are integrated into necklaces and earrings.

Sylvie Gendron

Ceramist with magical hands, it is with enthusiasm and passion that Sylvie creates simple and refined forms. She is inspired by nature, its colors and its textures. We are simply in love with her style. She is also the artist behind this perfect diffuser!

Michel Lemire

A retired teacher from the Cégep de Trois-Rivières, Michel Lemire is a master in the art of ceramics. Today, he creates pottery on the wheel or on the table in the form of small series or unique pieces, according to his inspiration.

There is also a cozy café corner, where you can enjoy a decadent cookie or a delicious dragon bowl freshly prepared by our friends at Marché Notre-Dame.

And that's not all! Ever wanted to learn how to make pottery? There is also a huge selection of classes available.

We are proud to join forces with these local artists and we will be delighted to meet you at le 507!
