This is our way of releasing them into the universe.
At the beginning of the year, we wrote four letters on a fluorescent piece of paper: P O N Y. You see, we’ve been fans of Gabrielle Laïla Tittley, also known as Pony, a feminist-activist-artist with a bold, colorful, and unique illustrative style that is absolutely endearing for quite a while now. One of her illustrations even hangs in the staircase of our workshop, alongside work from several of our favorite artists.
Gabrielle is one of those artists who constantly manages to reinvent herself while staying entirely true to her playful style. With bright colors, humor, and emo captions, she adds, in her own way, a little softness to humanity.
In recent years, she’s also given us Ponyland, a mythical and fascinating universe where every character is as endearing as they are vulnerable. Even better? She turned them into actual plush toys you can adopt and hug without limits. What could be better than big, stuffed Anxiyeti arms to soothe a tough day? (Nothing, I’ve tried it all!)
Fast forward a year, and here we are, launching four incredible products in collaboration with Pony; Pinch me.This goes to show that it’s always a good idea to write down your dreams on paper.
After several months of hard work drawing, planning, designing, adjusting, calculating, pouring, blending, labeling, transporting, and assembling, we’re finally able to offer you these magical boxes — and with great pride, no less.
Each box showcases one of Pony’s mythical characters and contains a small plush toy along with two scented products (with a custom fragrance developed to complement each of their respective universes).
We’ve also brought together the three candles in a 4 oz jar within a beautifully illustrated discovery set — perfect for the indecisive or simply, all candle lovers! A great gift idea, if you ask us!
