How to use
Like anything made with love, candles with a wooden wick require special care. Here are a few tips to help you with their use:
Hold the candle at an angle when you light it.
Use a long lighter, and hold the flame against the wick for a few seconds so that it catches fire properly.
Trim the wick to approximately ¼″ before each use (break off the burnt part with your fingers).
To ensure it burns evenly, leave the candle lit until the entire surface is melted uniformly (min. 1 hour).
Ingredients
100% natural soy wax. High-quality fragrance oil free of parabens and phthalates. Crackling wooden wick.
Shipping and returns
We’re working hard for our product to be delivered as soon as possible, at the lowest rates. That’s why we use the services of Purolator. Once the order is in and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel along the way.
For Quebec and Ontario orders placed on flambette.com, we offer a fixed shipping rate of $12 and free shipping over $79 (before taxes). For the rest of Canada and United-Stated, the rate is variable and will be displayed at checkout.
We ship our orders within 4 to 6 working days. However, if a product was in production and a delay was needed, you would be notified by email. We currently ship to Canada and to the United States. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified about any changes.
We accept return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
