I remember the first time I heard this name; Maca. A friend who knows me all too well sent me her website, promising that I’d be in awe. And in awe I sure was!
A rainbow of pastel colors, products as cute as they are useful and a joyful abundance of inspiration; I was hooked. And we haven’t yet addressed the subject of her amazing style. Recently ambassador for DeSerres (Yay!), Maca Atencio is a Montreal-based blogger/artist/color magician. She is literally the queen of DIY and her Cricut holds no secret from her.
When Maca contacted us recently to suggest the idea of a collaboration, Tania (who also knows me all too well!) said: “Marie! You’re gonna lose it! You won’t believe who messaged us!”
A few emails and calls later, my “girl crush” for this multi-talented artist only grew stronger. Not only is Maca’s aesthetic fabulous, but her personality, kindness and overall-cuteness would make you wanna invite her for brunch IMMEDIATELY. In a field of blooming peonies. A girl can dream.
All of this to say that it’s with joyful hearts and huge smiles on our faces that we created this limited-edition candle with notes of magnolia, peach and raspberry. Adorned with a pretty design signed by Maca and her team, it will automatically brighten any room, without even being lit.
